So we should give a prominent position in our life
for prayers and pilgrimages, fasts and festivals and for satsang and self-
realization. These are all very important to free our mind from the suffering
of the world. In our Hare Krishna
movement, the ISKCON movement, Srila Prabhupada, the founder Acharya, has
established a wonderful program by which everyone can very easily achieve peace
of mind: the chanting of the Hare Krishna
mahamantra. Right from a small child to an old man, anyone can practice this
chanting on a daily basis. One can chant one or two rounds.
